The property also includes a large dock capable of accommodating vessels up to approximately 65 feet, currently only 24ft available for dockage. Dock use is optional and available by prior arrangement and with an extra fee.

Apr 2026The location and house were perfect for us (a family of four). Quiet and relaxing. We had a car so we were conveniently close to everything we needed. A peaceful getaway and a convenient home base, this place truly delivers. Lillian was a great host and very responsive, if we are visit Fort Lauderdale again, we will sure book this place again.
