Store your bikes & boards on the private roomy patio & head inside to a renovated kitchen, large bathroom & king bed. There is nothing small here. You'll be located near Riverside Park, restaurants, breweries and distillery. Grab a bite before your adventure and then enjoy a drink afterward. Small, trained dog a possibility. Park in the reserved space for Unit 101 and proceed down the slight slope towards the building. Your door is the antique mustard swing door on the right. Unlatch the door, feel free to store equipment outside, use the fire pit, and enjoy the outdoor space. Come around to the front of the building to enter the main door for laundry on the 3rd floor. Guest access As one of only two units accessible from the back side, you will not need to navigate any stairs. Other things to note We also own THE LOBBY coworking and event space in the Palace Hotel. Connect with us beforehand for a day pass, quick tour of the vintage space, and hear some ghost stories.
